Delivery Options

All our orders are sent via Australia Post as standard and is usually delivered within two weeks.  If you have chosen next day delivery, we will despatch your order within 2 days for the next day delivery service.

ALL Deliveries sent via Courier requires a signature on delivery.

​

Please note that if "Free Delivery" is applicable, then this is only offered to Australian addresses, as noted below in our shipping price guides.

Delivery to alternative addresses not always possible, but BOB Tripods will advise as soon as order is placed.

​

Delivery of consumer electronic products within Australia will normally be made within 2 weeks from clearance of payment. Larger items, such as tripods or studio sets are sometimes delivered directly from the manufacturer/local supplier, and may take up to one month to deliver.

Unfortunately for security reasons we are unable to allow collection from the courier directly.  Delivery can only be made and signed for at an authorised address that shall be supplied by BOB Tripods.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods.

If you require the parcel to be re-directed, or even re-sent, you may incur additional costs to your delivery.
